Tented Stone Patio: Ceremony seating: 230, Seated Dinner: 130 or Standing Reception 250
What's included in the facilities rental fee?
Tables, White wood ceremony chairs, Gold Chiavari chairs, Security fee, & the tented patio
What is the rental fee?
Facilities rental fees vary according to number of guests, whether your event is in peak vs non-peak season and days & hours scheduled. Please contact our Manager of Facilities at St. Sahag & St. Mesrob to discuss fees.
What months are the patio tented?
The patio is tented from the end of April to early November. If you wish to have the patio tented for your event that does not fall between these months it will be an additional cost.
Can we use candles?
Yes. Candles are permitted, with proper containers.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes. There is free on-site parking that can accommodate up to 75 vehicles.
Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
Yes. Clothier and Catering By Design team assist with all venue logistics, as well as vendor access and site requirements.
